What if I do not know my exact birth time?

If you do not know your birth time, noon can be used only as an approximation. Exact time is recommended: the Sun sign can differ on a changeover date, and Human Design results plus Gene Keys profile values or lines may change with the birth moment. If possible, compare more than one estimated time and check an official birth record. No result is guaranteed accurate when birth time is unknown.

Is my birth data private?

Yes. Zodigram uses your birth data to generate your charts and personalised interpretations, and does not sell your personal data. Selected service providers process only the data needed for their role: Plausible for aggregate cookieless analytics, Sentry for technical error monitoring, Stripe for payments, and Meta for marketing measurement only after you consent. You can change that consent and export or delete your data at any time.

Can I delete my account and my data?

Yes, you can delete your Zodigram account and all associated data from your profile settings, or by writing to hello@zodigram.com. Under the GDPR you have the right to erasure, and Zodigram removes your account, charts, interpretations, and any journal entries within thirty days of the request. A confirmation is sent when the deletion is complete.

What does the Zodigram premium subscription include?

The Zodigram premium subscription unlocks deeper AI analysis of each system, personal transit tracking that watches the planets against your own birth chart, the Gene Keys contemplation journal, and multiple saved charts for family and friends. Free accounts always keep their existing charts and the daily energy synthesis; premium adds depth on top.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, Zodigram offers a fourteen-day refund on new premium subscriptions if you email hello@zodigram.com within that window. After the refund period, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your profile settings and remain active until the end of the paid period.
